Hillside Orchard Farms began in the 1980's when Robert D Mitcham Sr., a agriculture teacher, was looking for something to do with cucumbers and the apples that were grown in his orchard. He built a small jelly plant in his backyard, which grown to a large processing facility that produces over 600 products, along with a Country Store and Farm Adventure, Restaurant and much more. Hillside is still a family business where quality comes first. We make all our products in small batches using fresh fruits and vegetables. Enjoy some of our products today. "The Mitcham Family"

: 01-Jellies (80); At Hillside we make all of our jellies in small pots to insure high quality. We use pure cane sugar instead of corn syrup. They are available in four sizes. 5 oz, 9 oz. 18 oz. 18 oz handle jar.

: 02-Hors d'oeuvre Jellies (45); Great for entertaining. Our pepper jellies are great served with cream cheese and crackers and our Moonshine and Tequila jellies are a great conservation item along with a great taste They are available in four sizes. 5 oz, 9 oz. 18 oz. 18 oz handle jar.

: 03-No Sugar Added Jams & Jellies (14); "No Sugar Added" It is sweetened with Splenda for a great taste with no added sugar. Available in a 12 oz jar.

: 06-Fruit & Vegetable Butters (48); Fruit and Vegetable Butters are made with the freshest fruit available, some with added spices. They are a smooth addition to a hot biscuit or toast. We use pure cane sugar instead of corn syrup Our butters are available in four sizes. 5 oz, 9 oz. 18 oz.

: 07-Fruit Spreads (5); They are sweetened with 100% fruit juice not sugar or corn syrup. Great if you want to avoid processed sugars. Available in a 12 oz jar.

: 08-Fruit Syrups (27); Most of our syrups are made with fresh fruit. They are great served over pancakes and waffles. Use them as an ice cream topping or just enjoy having fun trying them. They are available in a 5 oz and 12 oz bottle

: 09-Sorghum Syrup & Honey (5); Our sourwood honey is also a mountain favorite that is collected in early summer from our bees. Please call of email for availability in case the crop fails or the bees are on strike.

: 10-Grits and Dry Mixes (8); Try our local speckled grits or make you a pone of southern cornbread. All of our mixes are ready for you to enjoy.

: 11-Bread and Fritters (21); When you arrive at Hillside, you can smell the aroma of the fruit breads and fritters. Our breads and fritters can be served hot or cold, add some butter and toast. Cover with one of our glazes or ice cream for a great dessert.
